Der internationale Workshop CPM, geleitet von Prof. Alex Neimark (Rutgers University, USA) und Prof. Matthias Thommes (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg), fand vom 19. bis 21. Mai 2024 in Delray Beach, Florida, USA statt.

Prof. Thommes war eingeladenen, einen Vortrag über die texturelle Charakterisierung hierarchisch strukturierter Zeolite bei GRACE zu halten, welcher Teil der Vortragsreihe „Lecture and Learn“ war.

Prof. Stefano Brandani (University of Edinburgh) und Prof. Matthias Thommes (Lehrstuhl für Thermische Verfahrenstechnik (TVT), Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg) freuen sich, Sie zur Edinburgh- Erlangen School of Adsorption 2024 einladen zu dürfen, welche vom 3. bis 6. September 2024 in Edinburgh stattfinden wird.

AIChE, Area 2e (Adsorption and Ion Exchange) gibt Session zu Ehren von Prof. Thommes bekannt, welche beim AIChE Annual Meeting in San Diego im Oktober 2024 stattfinden wird.

Prof. Thommes was awarded the 2023 Distinguished Associate Accolade of the National Institute of Standards (NIST), US Department of Commerce, USA.
